MOTHER OF JUNK

Mother of Junk. One of favorite things to do on my spare time is thrift shopping. When I used to live in Fort Lauderdale I would wake up early every Saturday morning and hit up a Good Will or Salvation Army. I remember purchasing a never been worn Alexander McQueen boots for only $19. Yes... You read that right $19 lol. More reason why I enjoy thrifting is for a good bargain, of course, but also I enjoy turning someone else's trash into something treasurable.

On this windy day I decided to rock a turban, a white T-shirt, skinny jeans, over the knee boots and a heavy coat to keep me warm. The perfect outfit to thrift shop lol. I'm currently working on a project (which I cannot wait to share with you guys) and I'm searching for the right pieces to create something amazing. I decided to hit up one of my favorite thrift stores the Mother of Junk in Williamsburg. Mother of Junk has everything from old furniture, records, vintage trunks, suitcases and clothes. You can find some great vintage furniture for a reasonable price. Mother of Junk is the perfect thrift store to shop for the unusual. A great place to find odd little knick knacks from the past.
